This is a comprehensive professional training and personal development workshop for practitioners who want to gain mastery in using IFS with clients who are committed to lasting transformation.

All trainings are live on Zoom. We limit our classes to 36 students to provide a safe and intimate community. We welcome students from around the globe.

Is this for you?

This program is for coaches, therapists, spiritual directors, and other practitioners who are currently using the IFS model in their healing work, yet are seeking an increased capacity to coach from a posture of Self and leverage their intuition and innate wisdom to take their clients deeper into healing.

This training incorporates the spiritual aspect of our internal world, and our connection to each other, the natural world, and to the divine.

You may be:

  • Desiring additional training that includes unburdening exiles 

  • Seeking an intimate community for learning

Prerequisite:

We ask that you be a trained coach, therapist or other practitioner with experience working with the IFS model one-on-one in a healing relationship with another.

Format

This is an intimate and interactive training made up of nine monthly two-day sessions.

Our two-day sessions (Thu, Fri) will take place April - December 2026 (dates to be determined). All classes are in a virtual live classroom on Zoom

Each day:

  • We meet from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm Eastern Time (New York)

  • We take two 15-minute breaks and one 60-minute meal break

Class days include a combination of presencing practices, teaching, demonstrations, debriefs and Q&A, peer practice, and mentoring.

Our goal is to provide a learning environment that is structured, open, inclusive, and energizing, and create a community that is connected and resonant.

The training includes nine 75-minute Q & A sessions held on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:15 pm ET (US)

Your commitment

Before the first class, read No Bad Parts by Dick Schwartz.

Attend at least 14, and preferably all 18 class day . Exceptions are given with instructor pre-approval.

For classes missed, watch the class recordings.

The Tuesday Q & A sessions are optional, though attendance is encouraged.

Meet with your practice partner (s) at least three times between classes.

16 hours of group mentoring

Mentors provide feedback on your in skills according to the CIFS protocol.
